Plenary 2 : Strengthening DNS Security and Resiliency Description
Cover 3 aspects-- (i) technical; (ii) policy; (iii) community collaboration • For (i) technical, to focus on technical initiatives, as well as intersections such as how TWNIC is a participant of Domain Metrica (and perhaps KINDNS if they join before the Forum). Also if TWNIC would like to expand on submarine cables work to ensure resiliency, we can cover here. • For (ii) policy, to focus on policy work both across gTLDs and ccTLDs. For gTLDs, to share developments on DNS abuse i.e. enforcement of updated RA and RAA provisions, as well as current discussions on scoping of upcoming DNS abuse. • For (iii) community collaboration, to focus on community collaboration, including Trusted Notifier in the region as a solution to address scope beyond technical abuse. Plenary 4 : Does the Multistakeholder Model Work? |

Plenary 4 : Does the Multistakeholder Model Work? Description
Focus on importance of multistakeholder participation and discussions about how this can be realised Expanding from last year's discussion on TW representation in different ICANN SO/ACs, this can be broadened to bring in new voices (e.g. IXPs, cloud service providers). We can tap on synergies with TWNOG happening in the same week. Also, youth participation has been a focus in the past couple years, we can integrate this aspect in this session. Discussions can also go beyond just the ICANN space, and overall participation in regional and global IG spaces. Potentially to include an example topic (e.g. AI governance; DNS abuse mitigation) to illustrate the importance of multistakeholder participation in policymaking. Moderator
