Expected Behavior
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and positive manner throughout the event. Attendees should respect one another and help maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
We are committed to ensuring that everyone can participate in the event in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. To that end, the following behaviors will not be tolerated:
- Discrimination based on nationality, race, culture, social or economic status, educational background, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, physical appearance, age, body type, marital or family status, political views, religion, or physical and mental disabilities.
- Disruptive behavior toward other participants or conference proceedings, damage to venue facilities, unauthorized access to restricted areas, theft, or any other inappropriate conduct.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
- Participants engaging in behavior that is deemed unacceptable by others must immediately cease such behavior upon request.
- Event staff reserve the right to take appropriate action to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the conference. This may include the temporary or permanent removal of participants who engage in inappropriate conduct, without prior warning.
If you experience, witness, or are subjected to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please promptly notify a member of the event staff.
Event Statement
The organizer reserves the right to modify or change the speakers and agenda of the forum without prior notice.
In the event of force majeure or other circumstances arising from public safety or public health considerations, the organizer also reserves the right to postpone or cancel the forum at any time.
